Spicy Smokehouse

We chop your choice of pork or chicken tossed in our spicy BBQ sauce. We top this with sauteed onions and Provolone cheese. Our BBQ meats are slowly smoked, tender enough to cut with a fork, pork butts 14-16 hours, beef brisket 8-10 hours and our chicken 5-6 hours. We smoke with hickory wood which adds a great smoke flavor into each bite. Served with one side.
